Prior to Pickup:
Before leaving your origin airport, Elite-Star Dispatch will contact you to receive your travel details. This allows us to monitor your flight and ensure pickup is available as soon as you land. Often times connecting flights may have short layovers and time is off the essence. MCO and SFB are approximatly 40 minutes away from one another.
Due to Orlando-Sanford International Airport’s rapid growth, a new logistical solution was needed for travelers landing in Orlando-Sanford International Airport and flying out of Orlando International Airport. At Pickup:
Your driver will arrive on time and meet you at the arrivals curb near baggage claim. For wheelchair-bound patients, we will assist in transferring you into one of our wheelchairs along with your luggage. Once secured we will quickly and safely get you to your destination airport so you may continue your travels!
At Dropoff
Before dropping you off at the departure gate of your destination airport, Elite-Star drivers will ensure you are at the right gate and flight. Upon arrival, wheelchair-bound patients will be transferred over to awaiting Airport personnel who will then assist you to your next flight.
