Deborah Tarver Waters is a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who retired from the education field after serving as an elementary school teacher. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in education from Emporia State University in Emporia, Kansas, a Master of Theology degree from the Ministry Training Academy, and a graduate of the three-year Ministers-in-Training Academy, both from Life Changing Ministries Church in San Bernardino, California. She is a licensed and ordained minister of the Gospel. She has also served the Lord as a member of Evangelism and Intercessory Prayer teams, a teacher of Personal Ministry classes, facilitator of home fellowships, teacher of Wednesday night Bible studies, childrens choir and childrens church coordinator, Sunday school teacher, and she presently teaches an adult Monday evening Bible study via ZOOM.
