Hyderabad City Police in association with Synchrony (NYSE: SYF), a premier consumer financial services company inaugurated the CCTV surveillance system in Dabeerpura Police station limits. The initiative was a part of Synchrony’s Corporate Social Responsibility program which is aimed at helping the Hyderabad city police in improving the safety in the city.
Mr. Anjani Kumar, Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad City, Mr. Bill Reiner, Sr Vice President & Chief Security Officer, Synchrony and Mr. Reetesh Shukla , Vice President, Synchrony along with other leaders were present at the event.
This program of installing CCTV-based video surveillance system is an attempt towards strengthening the monitoring network and safety of citizens in Hyderabad. As a part of the initiative 58 cameras were installed in the Dabeerpura Police station limits. Synchrony has so far supported the installation of 191 CCTV cameras to make the city safe and secure
