 Winnebago County Board Chairman Joe Chiarelli, County Sheriff Gary Caruana, and Loves Park Mayor Greg Jury met with Winnebago County Republican Central Committee Chairman Eli Nicolosi to assess the leadership structure of the local Republican Party.
