This 40V, 5.5mΩ TrenchFET® Gen IV in a PowerPAK® SO-8L is an Automotive N-Channel 175°C MOSFET. Combining upgraded performance figures and robustness, the SQJ152ELP is well-suited to replace the SQJ858AEP in new designs for multiple automotive applications, including solid state relays, high side switches, motor drive controls and other safety and convenience systems. New Vishay High Temperature, High Ripple Current Capacitor Yields Very Long Life

NORTHVALE, New Jersey, USA – New Yorker Electronics has announced the release of the new Vishay BC Components 190 RTL Aluminum Capacitors for increased design flexibility and board space in high temperature applications. The new Automotive Grade miniature aluminum electrolytic capacitors offers high ripple currents up to 3.36A, operating temperatures to +125°C and up to 6,000 hours of usable life.
