Missing man in Tseung Kwan O located ************************************      A man who went missing in Tseung Kwan O has been located.      Fung Chi-wah, aged 72, went missing after he left his residence in Tsui Lam Estate on February 13 night. His family made a report to Police yesterday (February 16).      The man was located in a hospital on Po Ning Lane this afternoon (February 17). No suspicious circumstances were detected.

Tseung Kwan O Hospital announces sentinel event *********************************************** The following is issued on behalf of the Hospital Authority:      The spokesperson for Tseung Kwan O Hospital (TKOH) announced a sentinel event on August 6:      A 56-year-old female patient with depression was sent to TKOH Accident and Emergency Department (AED) at around 11pm on August 4 due to drug overdose and was admitted to a medical ward.      As the patient has suicidal risk, healthcare staff placed her near the nurse station so that she could be under close monitor. Tseung Kwan O Hospital announces industrial accident **************************************************** The following is issued on behalf of the Hospital Authority:      The spokesman for Tseung Kwan O Hospital (TKOH) made the following announcement today (July 8) regarding an industrial accident:      An accident occurred in TKOH while a contractor was performing routine inspection of an escalator at around 1pm today. A 50-year-old male maintenance worker’s right forearm was amputated. He went to the Accident and Emergency Department of the hospital for emergency treatment.
