Connected Transactions Involving Subscription by Vivo Suzhou Fund and Centerlab for TOT BIOPHARM Shares
On June 1, 2022, TOT BIOPHARM (Stock code: 1875. HK) announced that the company entered into a Share Subscription Agreement with VIVO Suzhou Fund and Centerlab.
