Black Spade Acquisition Co Announces Pricing of $150 Million Initial Public Offering

Black Spade Acquisition Co (the “Company”) today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 15,000,000 units at a price of $10.00 per unit. The units are expected to be listed for trading on the New York Stock Exchange (the “NYSE”) under the ticker symbol “BSAQU” beginning July 16, 2021.
