CE signs Safeguarding National Security Ordinance (with photos) *************************************************************** The Chief Executive, Mr John Lee, today (March 22) signed, in accordance with Article 48(3) of the Basic Law, the Safeguarding National Security Ordinance passed by the Legislative Council.
