Montreal – National Film Board of Canada (NFB) National Film Board of Canada (NFB) Chairperson Claude Joli-Coeur announced today that Rachel Décoste has been appointed as Director, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, a newly created position at the NFB, effective September 27, 2021.
