Two illegal workers jailed **************************      Two Indonesian illegal workers were jailed by the Shatin Magistrates’ Courts on November 4.        During operation “Twilight” conducted on November 2, Immigration Department (ImmD) investigators raided a restaurant in Mong Kok. Two Indonesian females, both aged 34, were arrested working as odd job workers. Hong Kong – Eleven illegal workers jailed

Eleven illegal workers jailed *****************************      Eleven illegal workers, comprising 10 Vietnamese and one Indian were jailed by Shatin Magistrates’ Courts yesterday (November 17).      During operation “Breakthrough” conducted on November 14, the Immigration Department (ImmD) investigators raided a dishwashing factory in Tuen Mun. Eight illegal workers, comprising two Vietnamese males, five Vietnamese females and one Indian female, aged 21 to 50, were arrested while working as dishwashing workers. Two illegal workers jailed **************************      Two Bangladeshi illegal workers holding recognisance forms were jailed by Shatin Magistrates’ Courts on August 11 and today (August 15).      During an anti-illegal worker operation conducted on November 29 and December 28 last year, Immigration Department (ImmD) investigators raided Yuen Long and Kwai Chung Districts. Two Bangladeshi males, aged 35 and 39, were arrested while working as food delivery workers. FSD smashes illegal fuel filling stations in joint operation (with photos) **************************************************************************      The Fire Services Department (FSD), the Hong Kong Police Force and Hong Kong Customs mounted a territory-wide joint operation codenamed “Strong Thunder” today (April 20). Nine illegal fuel filling stations were smashed and a total of about 40,000 litres of diesel with an estimated market value of about $800,000 was seized.      During the operation, six oil tank wagons and a large quantity of fuelling tools were found by FSD personnel.
