Hitachi Energy has won an order from SP Energy Networks to design and deliver a first-of-its-kind power quality solution to stabilize the grid and boost the flow of renewable energy from Scotland to England. Hitachi High-Tech Corporation (“Hitachi High-Tech”) announced the launch of the LS9300AD, a new system for inspecting the front and backside of non-patterned wafer surfaces for particles and defects.
