 The international, non-profit, unaffiliated Moving Picture, Audio and Data Coding by Artificial Intelligence (MPAI) standards developing organisation has concluded its 21st General Assembly. Among the outcomes is the approval of three Use Cases and Functional Requirements documents for AI Framework V2, Multimodal Conversation V2 and Neural Network Watermarking V1. This milestone is important because MPAI Principal Members intending to participate in the development of the standards can develop the Framework Licences of the three planned standards. Some functional constituency electors received incorrect English translation of electoral letter ******************************************************************************************      The Government spokesman said today (December 14) that, a small number of functional constituency electors had received electoral mails from the Government and found the English translation of the electoral letter did not belong to their corresponding functional constituency.        Initial investigation revealed that when preparing the delivery of electoral mails, the contractor hired by the Government mistakenly inserted the English translation  of the letter (with an estimation of less than 200) which did not belong to the corresponding functional constituency into the mails. ... The Legislative Council Ordinance (LCO) (Cap. 542) specifies the situations under which electors for functional constituencies (FCs) and members of the Election Committee (EC) are disqualified from voting at an election.
