QEH appeals to public for missing patient ***************************************** The following is issued on behalf of the Hospital Authority:      The spokesman for Queen Elizabeth Hospital (QEH) made the following appeal today (July 15) regarding a patient leaving the hospital without notification:      A 86-year-old male patient with dementia accompanied by old age home staff was sent to the Accident and Emergency Department (A&E) by ambulance at 2pm yesterday (July 14) afternoon. While awaiting for discharge after treatment, the patient left the A&E without notifying at around 6pm. KWH appeals to public for missing patient ***************************************** The following is issued on behalf of the Hospital Authority:      The spokesman for Kwong Wah Hospital (KWH) made the following appeal today (July 6) regarding a patient leaving the Accident and Emergency Department (A&E):      A 35-year-old male patient with chronic disease was sent to the A&E of KWH by ambulance at around 6.20am this morning (July 6). The patient was found leaving the hospital at around 7.50am. SWD appeals to people in need to seek help ******************************************      ​The Social Welfare Department (SWD) noted that a video on a murder case in Diamond Hill this afternoon (June 2) has been going viral on the Internet. Members of the public are advised to seek professional support if they experience any emotional distress and stop sharing the video.        The SWD operates a 24-hour hotline 2343 2255 to provide immediate telephone counselling, support and referral services. AFCD appeals to public not to enter Sham Wan Restricted Area during restricted period *************************************************************************************      The Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department (AFCD) reminds members of the public today (April 1) not to enter the Sham Wan Restricted Area on Lamma Island from today to October 31.      The Sham Wan Restricted Area includes a beach of about 0.5 hectare and about 98.2 hectares of sea inlet adjoining the beach at Sham Wan (see Annex).
