Legal Advice Scheme for Unrepresented Litigants on Civil Procedures enhanced **************************************************************************** The Administration Wing of the Chief Secretary for Administration’s Office announced today (August 28) enhancements to the Legal Advice Scheme for Unrepresented Litigants on Civil Procedures (Procedural Advice Scheme).
