Canada’s nuclear regulator invites media to the public Commission hearing about the Near Surface Disposal Facility proposed for Deep River, Ontario OTTAWA, Ontario, February 16, 2022 – The Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission (CNSC) would like to inform the media of the upcoming 2-part public hearing related to the Canadian Nuclear Laboratories’ (CNL’s) Near Surface Disposal Facility (NSDF) proposed for Deep River, Ontario. Part 1 of the public hearing will be held on February 22, 2022.
