Cluster of Carbapenemase-Producing Enterobacteriaceae cases in Queen Elizabeth Hospital *************************************************************************************** The following is issued on behalf of the Hospital Authority:      The spokesperson for Queen Elizabeth Hospital made the following announcement today (July 15):      Four male patients (aged 60 to 89) of a male surgical ward have been confirmed as being carriers of Carbapenemase-Producing Enterobacteriaceae since June 3.
