Missing man in Ngau Tau Kok located *********************************** A man who went missing in Ngau Tau Kok was located. Kwok Sai-wing, aged 37, went missing after he was last seen in Ping Shek Estate on July 20 morning. His family made a report to Police yesterday (July 22). The man returned to his residence tonight (July 23). He sustained no injuries and no suspicious circumstances were detected.
