Man sentenced for breaching compulsory quarantine order ******************************************************* A 41-year-old man was sentenced by the Eastern Magistrates’ Courts today (December 21) to two months’ imprisonment, suspended for 12 months, for violating the Compulsory Quarantine of Certain Persons Arriving at Hong Kong Regulation (Cap. 599C).
The man was issued a compulsory quarantine order on November 30, 2020, stating that he must conduct quarantine at a hotel for 14 days.
