Appeal for information on missing man in Ngau Tau Kok (with photo) ****************************************************************** Police today (July 23) appealed to the public for information on a man who went missing in Ngau Tau Kok. Kwok Sai-wing, aged 37, went missing after he was last seen in Ping Shek Estate on July 20 morning. His family made a report to Police yesterday (July 22).
