     The Labour Department (LD) is highly concerned about a fatal work accident that happened at an estate in Yuen Long this morning (March 19), in which a male worker while working on a ladder at the balcony of an upper floor unit of a building, dropped down from the ladder and fell over the railing of the balcony onto the ground floor. He was certified dead on the spot.
