Brussels, Belgium Today, François-Philippe Champagne, Canada’s Minister of Innovation, Science and Industry, met with Thierry Breton, the European Union’s Commissioner for the Internal Market. The Minister and the Commissioner discussed how to deepen trade and scientific ties between Canada and the EU to drive a green economic recovery and build back better in the wake of the pandemic.
