Labour Department highly concerned about fatal work accident in Happy Valley today **********************************************************************************      The Labour Department (LD) is highly concerned about a fatal work accident that happened at a building renovation site in Happy Valley this morning (October 8), in which a female worker was trapped under a collapsed bamboo scaffold and was certified dead in the hospital.
