Fatal traffic accident in Chai Wan **********************************      Police are investigating a fatal traffic accident in Chai Wan this afternoon (October 31) in which a 51-year-old woman died.      At around 1.31pm, a private car driven by a 39-year-old woman was travelling along Shek O Road towards Shek O.
