Hong Kong Customs seizes suspected cannabis buds worth about $12 million (with photo) *************************************************************************************      ​Hong Kong Customs today (November 29) seized about 55 kilograms of suspected cannabis buds with an estimated market value of about $12 million in Yuen Long. A man and a woman were arrested.       During an anti-narcotics operation conducted in Yuen Long this morning, Customs officers intercepted a 26-year-old man and found about 3kg of suspected cannabis buds inside a plastic bag carried by him.
