Manslaughter and suicide in Tai Po **********************************      Police are investigating a manslaughter and suicide case in Tai Po yesterday (January 23) in which a 31-year-old man and his 62-year-old mother died.      About 3.40am yesterday, Police received a report that a fire broke out from a unit on On Po Lane and dense smoke was seen.
