Kingston, Ontario – Correctional Service Canada On October 22, 2021, as a result of the vigilance of staff members, several packages containing contraband and unauthorized items were seized at Collins Bay Institution, a federal multi-level security institution. The seized items included tobacco, drugs, cell phones and cell phone accessories.
