On October 5, 2021, as a result of the vigilance of staff members, multiple packages containing contraband and unauthorized items were seized on the grounds of Grande Cache Institution. On October 5, 2021, as a result of the vigilance of staff members, multiple packages containing contraband and unauthorized items were seized on the grounds of Grande Cache Institution. The various items seized included “shatter” (cannabis concentrate), cell phones and tobacco. The total estimated institutional value of these seizures is $147,770.
