Canada – Consultation on a Proposal to Update Fees for Pest Control Products

Current status: Open Opened on 31 January 2024 and will close for consultation on 31 March 2024. Health Canada is proposing changes to its fee structure associated with Health Canada’s post-market regulatory activities with respect to pesticides (in other words, the annual charge).
