Partial resumption of surface mail services to Mainland China *************************************************************      Hongkong Post announced today (August 30) that with extended surface mail routes and the adjustment in processing capacity at the Mail Processing Centre in Guangzhou, surface mail services to certain areas of Mainland China (the provinces of Guangdong, Fujian, Jiangxi, Hunan, Hubei, Guizhou, Sichuan, Yunnan and Hainan, as well as Guangxi and the municipality of Chongqing) previously suspended (except for surface packet and parcel services to the province of Guangdong) will resume from tomorrow (August 31). Surface packet and parcel services to Guangdong Province are still under suspension until further notice. ...
