Development Bureau imposes regulating actions on contractor involved in fatal work accident at North Kwai Chung Tang Shiu Kin Sports Centre ******************************************************************************************      A spokesman for the Development Bureau (DEVB) said today (August 9) that the Government attached great importance to construction safety.
