Cathy P. Hampton is a proven Certified Life Coach and Author. For more than a decade, she has worked effortlessly to assist individuals facing all forms of dependency, anger management, dissociative disorders, and habitual toxemia break cycles of dysfunction to lead healthy and productive lives. Hampton has to her credit a vast array of academic pursuits. She has studied Sociology and Psychology while attending Southeastern Louisiana University, a candidate for Deans list for 3 years, St. Thomas Christian College; where she studied Biblical Studies and graduated Summa Cum Laude, and is currently enrolled in Nunez College, where she is pursuing a degree in Business Administration.

As an author, her literary body of work, Mr. Earl, is available on all literary platforms worldwide and was inducted into The Library of Congress in August of 2021. Her book is available in digital and paperback on all electronic reading and bookstore platforms.

Hampton is a community activist. She is the CEO and founder of Be HER Valentine, a non-profit organization that utilizes resources to assist battered women in both St. Bernard and Orleans Parishes. She has adopted St. Bernard Manor, where she actively spends time with the senior citizens of St. Bernard Parish. Hampton is a woman of great faith and has had powerful impact on and in the lives of all that she encounters.
