Mobile Numbers to be given for availing vehicle registration related work
Ministry of Road Transport and Highways has amended the Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989 to capture Mobile Numbers of the owners when availing any service relating to the Registration of the Vehicles. GSR NO 178 E has been notified on 16th of this month amending the Forms Number 20, 23A, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 42, 44 under the Rules.
These Forms pertain to various aspects relating to motor vehicles, like, registration, transfer, Register of vehicles, renewal, duplicate copy, grant of NOC, change of address, entry or termination entry for Hire/Purchase/Hypothecation, etc.
