“INDIA IN CHAOS, ONLY JUDICIARY CAN SAVE”- Author’s message to the Countrymen
It is 71 years since Independence but none of the basic objectives of the Constitution are fulfilled. Since Judiciary is the custodian, final arbiter and implementer of the Constitution, it is the turn of the learned Judiciary to be steadfast and set all wrongful acts right.
THE BOOK IS A DIAGNOSIS OF INDIA’s MALADIES TO REMEDIES
The Book is a rare interpretation of India’s Constitution and provides a unique opportunity to transform India by analyzing;

– How we failed in these 71 years of our independence.

– Learned Judiciary may please play a ‘third eye’ to uphold the dignity and reverence of our Constitution
Electoral reforms shall open up all constrictions for unbounded progress of the nation.
The book provides all possible roadmaps and guide-lines to unlimited progress and place the country amongst the most prosperous and powerful nations in the world. It is remarkable to note that the roadmaps provided in the book may naturally eradicate all evils of class conflicts and categorization of people on lines of caste, creed and religion etc. So also banish all kinds of quotas and reservations in normal course.
