China Mobile and Huawei Release White Paper on 5G Energy Efficiency Evaluation

Beijing, China – WEBWIRE

China Mobile and Huawei jointly released the 5G Wireless Network Energy Efficiency Evaluation White Paper 1.0 at the cloud-based “Technology Enables Dual Carbon, Green Leads the Future” Forum of the 2022 Science and Technology Week & Mobile Information Industry Chain Innovation Conference. This white paper provides the industry’s first definition of a multi-dimensional energy efficiency evaluation system for 5G wireless networks. It helps accurately measure network energy efficiency and guide network development towards optimal performance and energy efficiency.

Green and dual carbon are the two strategic focuses of the communications industry. The industry still faces challenges in scientifically measuring and evaluating green 5G networks and guiding the industry to continuously innovate in green products and networks. Ever since proposing the green network evaluation concept featuring multi-dimensional energy efficiency metrics in May last year, Huawei has actively carried out research on and verification of innovation in hardware, software, site, and network collaboration. Huawei also defined a multi-dimensional energy efficiency evaluation system that combines experience and energy-saving performance together with China Mobile and other industry partners.

Aiming at proposing effective energy efficiency evaluation metrics for building networks, this white paper puts forward new evaluation criteria, such as service experience, to add to existing ones such as the ratio of traffic to energy consumption. It analyzes and proposes a multi-dimensional network energy efficiency evaluation method that covers metrics such as traffic, energy consumption, and performance of wireless networks, to guide logical and scientific evaluation and lead wireless networks towards optimal performance and maximum energy saving.

Gan Bin, Chief Marketing Officer of Huawei Wireless Solution, said: “We hope more industry partners will join us to further standardize and promote the multi-dimensional energy efficiency evaluation system across the world to form unified criteria, paving the way for global operators to achieve their green strategic goals.”

Many Mobile Home Sales Agents encounter failure even before they start selling their career. Why?

ORANGE COUNTY, Calif.June 13, 2022PRLogAs a leading manufactured home retailer in the Western U.S, Home Quest offers clients a wide network of licensed agents in California. They’re an authorized dealer of new homes and provide exceptional resale services of manufactured and mobile homes throughout California. Home Quest reveals what mobile home sales agents can do to grow their resale businesses in their blogs. Learn more here. (https://homequestsales.com/)

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Home Quest, CA, May 26, 2021 – Many Mobile Home Sales Agents encounter failure even before they start selling their career. Why? They lack proper training and work under the wrong management. Home Quest, one of the largest, highly reputable, and most knowledgeable mobile and manufactured home (https://homequestsales.com/mobile-homes-for-sale-in-orange/) retailers in California reveals that mobile home sales agents must be unique in what they do. They need to do what an average salesperson isn’t doing, and the best way to do this is to educate both the buyer and seller.

“When working with a customer or seller, the first step is to educate them on the entire home management process,” Home Quest’s Management stated. Educating the customer enables them to make sound decisions, providing less space for misunderstandings. The best Mobile Home Sales Agents are perfect at communicating with their customers. Homeownership is the largest asset of many people, so sales agents must understand if property owners have fears.

Educating customers can also help them gain confidence and open up to you. However, ensure you don’t give promises you can’t fulfill as that’s one of the commonest complaints sellers make about agents. Doing so will result in customers quickly losing confidence and trust in you. Trust and confidence are the most critical qualities that foster excellent agent-customer relationships.

Mobile Home Sales Agents need to define the duties they’ll perform to service the listing (https://homequestsales.com/listing/). On the other hand, sellers should feel free to ask their agents to clearly define their services or roles in the Contractual Listing Agreement. Agents perform several duties, and one of them is marketing the home.

Several components come into play to maximize the exposure of mobile homes in California. One of the most worthwhile components entails holding Open Houses, distinguishing top mobile home sales agents from regular or average ones. Today, most agents stop working after publishing their listings online and keep their flyers in the flyer box.

Sales agents are responsible for doing everything in their power to get a mobile or manufactured retail home sold. By holding Open Houses, customers will see how committed you are to do your job. They’ll also help you sell a home and offer a wonderful networking opportunity.

Open house attendees will often be not interested in a particular house, but they may need assistance to find the right home. No matter who the customer is, sales agents should try to follow up or talk to them to create a good first impression. It’s not a guarantee for sales agents to sell a home after a first interaction with the customers. To sell their first house, they’ll need to make several phone calls, meetings, emails, etc. Home Quest’s Management states, “We emphasize our sales agents (https://homequestsales.com/our-mobile-home-sales-agents/) to respond to every email, phone call, or any other form of communication as soon as possible.”

Home sellers should confidently set expectations with their sales agents. In addition, they need to ensure the agents have the right experience and can help fulfill their expectations.

Where can I sell my Mobile Home?

Several ways to sell your manufactured home in California. or almost anywhere in the U.S.

YORBA LINDA, Calif.June 1, 2022PRLog — Home Quest is a mobile home retailer with a license permitting them to sell new and pre-owned mobile homes in California on behalf of homeowners. The company has an extensive portfolio of mobile property courtesy of sellers. They use their expertise and experience to help their clients sell homes.

Their client profile falls into three broad categories. The distinction is by no means exhaustive. It only shows the broad categories of mobile home sellers in California.

Their first type of client has their mobile home in a leased park. Homes located in California leased parks are commonly known as Trailer Parks or Manufactured Housing Communities. Homeowners in such communities pay a monthly fee to use the land.

The company also sells mobile homes situated on private land. Most of the houses in this category are old and require extensive repair and improvements. Additionally, many mobile properties in this category were once in Trailer Parks and then moved to private land. After purchasing a home in this category, the new homeowner will have to vacate the private land.

Mobile homeowners can also live on their private land converted to real property without initially inhabiting leased land. The buyer has to make provisions for relocation once they purchase a mobile home in this category.

Home Quest has a tailored solution for all its mobile home sellers regardless of the seller’s land situation or mobile home condition. They use strategic marketing and sales to find the right buyer for all the homes in their portfolio. They ensure every mobile property finds the right new owner at rates that satisfy the parties involved.

Home Quest specializes in selling mobile homes, giving them a competitive advantage against real estate agents whose expertise is in real estate. For instance, Home Quest has a ready market for manufactured home buyers. The variety in real estate agents’ portfolios makes them spread too thin in the mobile home buyers’ market share. Although they can match a seller to a buyer, the process will be rigorous because the market is not familiar territory.

Specialization also increases efficiency and quality of service delivery. Home Quest knows what the average buyer wants in their manufactured home. They understand what makes such property sell or how sellers can add value to their property before trading it for cash. Therefore, they are a significant resource to mobile home sellers and buyers.

Aside from their extensive knowledge about the market, Home Quest makes free home evaluations to give sellers an estimation of their property worth. The information is essential for sellers to make needed improvements and increase their property’s demand in the market. Home Quest also provides valuable recommendations to sellers to increase their profit margins.

Additionally, Home Quest’s involvement enables buyers to get quality mobile homes that they can enjoy for years. The quality of their listings increases consumer trust. Therefore, sellers have a higher probability of finding a buyer for their property when they partner with Home Quest.

If you are selling your manufactured home in Califonia and want to work with a certified agent, give Home Quest a call at (866) 720 2207. You can also visit their web page (https://homequestsales.com/) and engage with a mobile home sales specialist directly.
