The facility is comprised of 26,812 rentable square feet of drive up storage and 11,400 square feet of leased commercial industrial space. The property sits on 3.2 acres right off of Highway 12. StoreYour Self Storage sold to a local owner looking to grow their presence in the Minnesota market. Ihrke and his team listed the property on behalf of the Seller and procured the Buyer.

Minnesota Argus Broker Affiliates Announce Sale of Self Storage Facility

 Nathan Gottlieb, Alex Ihrke, Matt Haugen and Tom Flannigan listed and sold Madison Southside Storage with two locations in Madison, MN. The two facilities total 13,940 rentable square feet and 77 units of drive up self storage. Madison Southside Storage sold for $418,200 to a local operator looking to grow their storage presence in western Minnesota.

Gottlieb and his team listed the facilities on behalf of the Seller and worked to source the Buyer.

Argus Broker Affiliate Sells Indiana Self Storage Facility

 Rob Schick of Argus Self Storage Advisors, represented the seller in the sale of CubeSmart Self Storage. CubeSmart is a 3rd party managed facility consisting of 315 units and 41,690 rentable square feet in Lafayette, IN. The transaction included expansion land allowing up to an additional 45,000 square foot of storage to be built.

Argus Announces Opening of North Andover, MA Self Storage Facility

 Joseph Mendola, Senior Vice-President and Joseph Robinson of NAI Norwood Group are pleased to announce the opening of North Andover Self Storage, located at 25 Beechwood Drive and Osgood Rd. (RT.125) in North Andover, Massachusetts. Mendola and Robinson are the New England Broker Affiliates of Argus Self Storage Advisors. They have brokered the land and arranged for a private equity and development team to develop this 3-story, 90,000 square feet project with 590 state-of-the-art climate-controlled units. The project will be managed by Argus Professional Storage Management.

This facility is located directly across the street from the 3.8 million square feet Amazon warehouse and distribution center. This building is one of the largest commercial buildings in the Commonwealth. It is estimated that the Amazon building could employ 1,000 employees. Argus Broker Affiliate Announces Sale of Oklahoma Self Storage Portfolio

 Jared Jones, CCIM of Argus Self Storage Advisors and Jones Investment Real Estate, is pleased to announce the sale of the Fortress Self Storage portfolio. Fortress Self Storage is a value-add 198,802 rentable square foot, storage portfolio comprised of four properties located in Lawton, OK. The portfolio sold to a private Buyer. The property has significant upside available through increased focus on revenue management strategies, implementation of tenant protection/programs and future expansion. The Buyer was seeking a value-add opportunity they could improve by upgrading operations and accomplishing scale within the local market.

The deal was evident of a common theme of storage investors seeking value-add opportunities in secondary markets relative to replacement cost. The Buyer and Seller were both pleased with the execution of all parties involved in light of the current challenging transaction environment.
