Sponsored by the Cultural and Creative Industries Development Agency (CCIDA) under the Culture, Sports and Tourism Bureau and arranged by the Hong Kong Association of Interactive Marketing, the 14th Microfilm Production Support Scheme (Music) held its matching session and kick-off event today (October 5), promoting cross-sector partnership amongst Hong Kong’s marketing, movie and tv, and music markets.

Speaking at the kick-off event, Assistant Commissioner for Cultural and Creative Industries Miss Yvonne Ip kept in mind that considering that its launch, the plan has actually assisted in cooperation in between more than 340 marketing production business and some 290 groups of vocalists, supplying the regional movie and tv, marketing, and music sectors with an important development platform and hands-on chances. The microfilms will premiere online in January next year and will be showcased to the market at the Hong Kong International Film and Television Market (FILMART) in March next year.

Released in 2013, the Microfilm Production Support Scheme (Music) is a cross-sector cooperation effort that combines marketing and movie production with music development.
