Sen. Katie Britt pushed previous Special Counsel Jack Smith throughout a Senate hearing over concerns about supposed political predisposition within the FBI and posts apparently including Catholic priests and slurs towards Catholicism. Britt consistently looked for a direct response from Smith, informing him it was his task to figure out where there was predisposition and where there was reality or fiction. Smith stated he existed to affirm about his work as the tense exchange turned to concerns surrounding the Arctic Frost examination.
