Six Points To Check Before Booking Wedding Hotels

Probably a wedding is something which doesn’t come in someone’s life repeatedly, at least in most cases. So, it should be celebrated with open hearts and savourily. Especially an Indian wedding is generally celebrated with great pomp and show. Since Indian weddings come with a number of rituals which continue for a couple of days, it becomes progressively difficult for one to manage the whole wedding. Above all, the most important ingredient for an Indian wedding is the wedding location and its decorations. These locations may include some hotels, resorts, gardens, banquet halls, or even within the house premises in some cases.
Bangalore is considered to be one of the most advanced cities in India. It not only leads in the growth advancements but also leads in the delivery of wedding venue and decoration services. There are a number of wedding locations in Chennai such as lavish hotels and prestigious banquets where a wedding ceremony can be carried on with impressive grandeur. Some of the wedding hotels in Bangalore, Chennai & Mysore include places like – ITC Gardenia, Le Meridien, Royal Orchid Resort and Convention Center, Grand Maurya Hotel & Resort, Taj Ginger Hotel, The Leela Palace, Taj Coromandel etc.
If one wishes to book a hotel for an auspicious occasion like wedding, then he should keep in mind the following six points for his convenience:

1. Budget-Friendly – One should definitely if the budget of the wedding hotel is suitable for his pocket or not. A thorough check on the services provided by the hotel against the stated budget should also be done. Bangalore has got some incredible wedding hotels which are affordable for almost everyone with a wide range of services.

2. Accommodation – Some wedding hotels may look small but are actually spacious from inside and may accommodate a large number of guests. Accommodation becomes a major factor in an Indian wedding. Unlike the wedding of other places, a typical Indian wedding contains a huge number of guests. One should definitely check whether the wedding hotel is capable for the accommodation of many people or not.

3. Decorations – This is the most important point among all the factors required to book a place for a wedding. Wedding decorations usually consists of a number of services which are very much essential for the establishment of an attractive and beautiful ambiance. There are a number of Indian wedding decoration themes which one can choose according to the feel and aura of his wedding. Among the Indian wedding decoration ideas, the most extensively used service is the flower decoration for weddings. Different venues come with different decoration themes. An individual should check whether those themes provided by the venue matches his feel or not before booking that place.

4. Logistics – This factor should not be ignored while booking a wedding hotel. The logistics like noise restriction rules, car parking availability, pick-up and drop services, adequate availability of restrooms and washrooms, should be examined so that he may not face any hassle afterward. Though these factors may seem small but altogether play a vital role in a successful wedding ceremony.

5. Different Sections – As discussed earlier, a typical wedding consists of different rituals which are to be held in different sections as per the requirement. So, a wedding hotel should come with a complete package of available sections for different rituals, like Mehandi, main wedding, reception, etc. Nowadays, a new concept of garden wedding Chennai is developed just like weddings outside India. So, this should also be checked along with different sections of a wedding hotel whether there is an adequate place for a garden wedding or not.

6. Package Facility – In most wedding venues, there are package systems in which there are certain services for foods, drinks, decorations, logistics, etc. under a certain budget. In fact, this facility has influenced the wedding market so much. Even the best wedding decorators in Mysore work under package systems only. Different packages are available at different fixed rates as per the needs. So, this point should also be examined before booking a wedding hotel.

While decoration becomes a key point in the booking criteria of a wedding hotel, the other points should also be given equal importance. Altogether, every point sums up for the execution of an esteemed wedding ceremony. These memories are cherished in the future since a wedding should be the most memorable event of a lifetime.

Impermeable bonding on metal with Low Pressure Moulding through integrated inductive reactivation

Iserlohn, 15 October, 2019. OptiMel Schmelzgußtechnik GmbH will present a unique system solution for Low Pressure Moulding (LPM) at this year’s productronica (https://productronica.com/index-2.html) trade fair. The specialist for Low Pressure Moulding has developed a system which produces impermeable bonding on metal by integrating induction in LPM machines. The technology pioneer is the first supplier on the market to enable direct metal adhesion in the LPM process. Both injection and inductive reactivation take place in a single process step. Users benefit from higher efficiency, reduced costs and less susceptibility to errors. Productronica will take place from November 12th to 15th in Munich and OptiMel (https://www.optimel.de/?L=1) will be represented in hall A5 at booth 181. Henkel AG & Co. KGaA, Adhesive Technologies is supporting its long-standing machinery and development partner as a co-exhibitor and will be presenting innovative products from the field of moulding materials. OptiMel can also be found at booth 364 in hall A5. Its partner company Exmore nv (http://www.exmore.com/) will show a special machine running in combination with an OptiMel system.

Revolutionary production process

OptiMel expands its wide range of standard and customized system solutions for Low Pressure Moulding, with a worldwide cutting edge technology. The German based company has designed a solution that integrates induction equipment into a LPM machine and combines it with special moulding tools. The aim is to create water- and airtight connections between metallic components and the moulding materials. In order to generate adhesion at the moulding contour, a project-specific inductor is integrated into the moulding tool to heat the insert. This targeted inductive heating in the LPM machine reactivates the parting contour between the insert and the moulding and generates metal adhesion. This new technology makes it possible to produce impermeable mouldings on metal in a single production step for the first time. A wide variety of industries, including automotive, sensor, printed circuit board and cable manufacturers, benefit from this technology.

The combination of injection and inductive reactivation in a combined process step makes the LPM process for metallic inserts more efficient and cost-effective, resulting in a high quality product. The LPM specialist adapts the LPM system solutions individually to customer requirements.

Conventional processes

In conventional LPM processes, the moulding materials do not build up sufficient adhesion to metallic inserts as these dissipate the heat too quickly. Due to this, the LPM process has so far proved unsuitable for tight mouldings on metallic components. In the past, machine builders had to take additional production steps in order to meet customer requirements, for example by having to heat the inserts outside the moulding tool beforehand.

“We are delighted to present our new system solution for optimum metal adhesion in Low Pressure Moulding to a broad specialist audience at the world’s largest trade fair for innovative electronics manufacturing. We are happy to be able to show customers and interested parties the innovative process and inform them about our newly developed technology,” says Eva Ranft, Managing Director of OptiMel Schmelzgußtechnik GmbH.

Sound Upgrade – EMPHASER Speaker for Mercedes

Although actually dissatisfied with the sound, many Mercedes drivers are put off from replacing the factory speakers installed in their vehicle. Not without good reason: Mercedes OEM systems are constructed for a specific vehicle, for example having specially formed baskets or mounting brackets. Finding speakers that fit in the Mercedes is therefore not to be taken lightly. On top of that the factory systems are mostly installed in a complicated way so that till now replacement could only be achieved with a great deal of installation effort and experience.
These times are over as there are now several vehicle-specific speakers from car audio specialist EMPHASER (http://www.emphaser.com/) which are perfectly tailored to Mercedes vehicles – not only in terms of their construction but also acoustically. German Car & HiFi magazine has subjected the newcomers to a thorough installation test in issue 05/2019. The question is: Can the sound in a Mercedes really be audibly improved simply by replacing the speakers?
To answer this question the testers removed the original factory system of a Mercedes E220 – a 2-way front component system, a coaxial system in the rear doors, and a subwoofer in the passenger footwell – and replaced it 1:1 with the equivalent components from the EMPHASER range. They installed the front component system EM-MBF1, the rear speaker EM-MBR1, and the 8″/20 cm subwoofer EM-MBSUBR.
The minimal installation effort was enough to enthuse the testers: “The installation of the door speakers is straightforward and easy enough for the interested layman. (…) The speakers can be installed entirely without any changes to the vehicle. The EMPHASER chassis fit perfectly into the original spaces, requiring very little time to install.”
As regards the construction details and high quality components of the new Mercedes speakers the trade journalists were full of praise for these too: “Both mid/woofers work with aluminum cones, with the tweeter of the front system naturally being a woven dome. A lot of effort has been put into the crossovers. Beside level adjustment of the tweeter they also offer a high pass for the system, which also works well with a factory radio.”
But what is the improvement in the sound performance like? The journalists were also agreed on this: “It is hard to believe what just replacing the speakers can do for the sound” was their report after the listening tests. “First of all we were pleased by the voluminous and amazingly powerful bass, which fills the vehicle. It is not only really fat but also blends into the sound image.”
The testers were also of the opinion that the overall tuning has been very well done: “No interference, the sound is clear. The tonality gives little to complain about, and the resolution and fine dynamics also make a good impression.”
Better sound only with new speakers? At the end of the test the tech journalists answered this question with an emphatic ‘yes’, awarding the EMPHASER systems the score 1.1 and the “price/performance: outstanding” accolade. “For just 750 euros the speaker upgrade offers a distinct improvement in the sound”, says Car & HiFi. “You can go for this as it is. (…) If you want something more, or have something over in the budget later, then order the (DSP) power amp in addition – all of this can be easily done.”

We make Future Mobility work

We make Future Mobility work – Asahi Kasei presents concept car AKXYTM and lightweight solutions at K 2019

Düsseldorf, October 14, 2019 – Lightweight materials to make future mobility work: From 16 to 23 October, Asahi Kasei will present engineering plastics and foam materials for the automotive industry at the K 2019, the world”s biggest trade fair for plastics and rubber in Düsseldorf, Germany. One Highlight at the booth is the fully drivable electric concept car AKXYTM (Hall 8a, J15).

Lightweight materials will significantly add to the vehicle of the future. From the manufacturer”s point of view lightweight materials are first and foremost a key factor to achieve the CO2 fleet emission goals. At the same time, they contribute to a better range or fuel efficiency – without compromising safety. To reduce weight not only metals can be replaced, also existing plastic applications can be downsized and redesigned by using newly developed or improved thermoplastics.

The Japanese technology company Asahi Kasei will show its broad range of high-performance polymers and foam materials at K 2019. The company”s concept car AKXYTM will be in the focus of this year”s presentation, showing the broad range of automotive applications including synthetic rubber, electronics, fibers or coatings.

Besides AKXYTM, Asahi Kasei will present the following materials:

TENACTM Polyacetal (POM) – Can you smell the difference?
The in-cabin air quality is becoming increasingly important. With the increased use of plastics inside the car, the reduction of VOCs (volatile organic compounds) is becoming a key factor for an improved in-car air quality. VOCs are carbon-based gases that can evaporate from plastic materials into the air at room temperature, especially in newly produced cars. In closed environments, these substances can lead to discomfort and health issues, such as headaches or nausea.

Asahi Kasei, the world”s only manufacturer of homo- and copolymer POM under the brand name TENACTM, developed a low-VOC material many years before the automotive industry started in-depth to address this issue. TENACTM has the world”s lowest VOC emission class – exceeding the high standards of all OEMs worldwide. In addition, properties like low friction, scratch resistance and a high mechanical strength make TENACTM a suitable material for applications in the automotive interior.

It is already used in applications like sliders for seat adjustments, lumbar supports for seating comfort, or seat belt push buttons. The company has recently developed a metal-looking low-VOC TENACTM, using aluminum flakes as a filler. Looking and feeling like metal, it features a high scratch resistance while at the same time improving the in-car air quality compared to other materials.

Thermylene® Polypropylene (PP) – The economic alternative
Considering the concept of autonomous vehicles, panoramic roofs allow more light inside and offer excellent views of the surrounding to the passengers. Asahi Kasei”s glass reinforced polypropylene Thermylene® features a high flowability and offers cost advantages compared to polyamide. Lighter and larger sunroof panels made of this material will add to the overall living-space experience of the future automotive.

LEONATM Polyamide (PA) – Looks good, lasts long
With more sunlight inside the car, the necessity for UV-resistant materials will grow. Asahi Kasei”s semi-aromatic glass-filled polyamide LEONATM withstands the toughest automotive exterior UV tests – without any additional coating. It is used for exterior mirror brackets – and is now finding its way inside the car. It is already used for the fine thin-walled and unpainted blades of a dashboard venting system, directly positioned under the front windshield and with maximum sunlight exposure.

Polyamide Foam (under development) – The sound of silence
Sound insulation will become a key factor for the living-space experience inside the car. Ambient noise will need to be kept outside, while loud music should stay inside the car. Based on its expertise as one of only four fully integrated polyamide manufacturers Asahi Kasei is currently developing the world”s first polyamide bead foam. Featuring the proven properties of polyamide – like high heat and chemical resistance – the special C- or macaroni shape of its beads also enable a significant noise reduction.

XYRONTM (mPPE) – For structural battery parts
Applications for XYRON™ are to be found to a large extent in the automotive sector. Thanks to its low density – the lowest among engineering plastics – mPPE (modified polyphenylene ether) is suitable for a wide range of lightweight components, that are used, for example, for relay blocks, hood panels and brackets. Concerning the current period of upheaval in the automotive sector, XYRON™ is especially used in the context of structural battery parts in the field of e-mobility. In this regard, the material contributes to a compact and weight saving battery design, at the same time leading to more efficiency as well as safety.

SunForceTM (mPPE particle foam) – For improved safety and efficiency
SunForceTM is a particle foam based on the engineering plastic m-PPE. Compared to standard foams made of polystyrene or polyolefin, the use of m-PPE equips this foamed material with unique properties, opening new doors for applications in thermal management and fire protection. The material is certified with UL 94 V-0 (Standard for Safety of Flammability of Plastic Materials for Parts in Devices and Appliances) fire protection class by the Underwriters Laboratories safety certification organization and thus contributes to an overall product safety. SunForce™ is the first-of-its-kind material certified with the UL94 V-0 standard. In addition to this outstanding flame retardancy, the material provides superior heat insulation properties while at the same time functions as a lightweight shock-absorbing material for automotive battery packs.
