The governments of Spain and Venezuela ratify their strong condemnation of terrorism in all its forms and manifestations.

The Venezuelan government rejects and denies the accusations spread regarding the alleged cooperation with the terrorist organization ETA, whose activities are openly rejected.

Both governments reiterate their commitment to continue cooperation in the judicial and police areas, effectively implementing the cooperation instruments already endorsed.

Spain and Venezuela declare their firm will to strengthen their fruitful and friendly relation, based on a large cooperation in all aspects, including the fight against terrorism.
