EDIMAX introduces Wireless Projector Server WP-S1000 in India

Edimax WP-S1000, the Wireless Projector Server, can connect to any projector via a standard VGA interface. It allows multiple users to access the projector wirelessly without any hassles over secure 802.11b/g networks. They can share or make presentation of documents, images or even movies without having connected physically to the laptop.

The WP-S1000 supports real-time video playback function for popular video streaming in MPEG1, MPEG2 and MPEG4. To secure the presentation content, the device additionally supports dynamic login codes (session login code) and WEP64/128bit encryption. Therefore, it is immune from unauthorized access from the users.

Beside, WP-S1000 is Plug-n-play and comes with a friendly web-based user interface.

WP-S1000 adopts a new technology "Plug-and-Show", which let users just plug the USB dongle directly to install and setup the software. It has the ability to deliver real time animation screens for XGA and WXGA resolutions in 32-bit color.
