India's strategy to fight Pakistan, bleed to death

India seems to have taken a different strategy to counter Pakistan. Instead of attacking and going for the kill, it is going to bleed Pakistan to death by crippling its economy.

The war hysteria has lead to a troop built-up along the border. It costs Pakistan a lot more to deploy troops in an active role. The last built-up drained the economy considerably of the Jehadi nation and brought it to the brink of bankruptcy. It may lead to a deeper chaos with the current economic meltdown. Pakistan just recently survived another bankruptcy.

With a troop built-up on Eastern Front (I.e. towards India) will lead to a thinning of troops on the Western frontier towards Afghanistan. What it means is that Pakistan will earn less from USA in the 'alleged' war on terror.

US had been pumping in great amount of money in Pakistan. However, that money is now under a more severe scrutiny of Congress. It may dry up considerably. Already USA has identified alternate sources to maintain its supply lines in Afghanistan. These supply lines will bypass Pakistan and it stands to lose the revenue. In fact, it may cripple and bring the entire infrastructure project in the area to a standstill.

With a UN Security Council passing a resolution banning several Jihadi, semi-terrorist outfits. These outfits were collecting billions of dollars from overseas in name of charity. The money was being siphoned off to a huge cartel of illegal beneficiaries. This revenue is also stopping.

There is also a deeper vigilance by all countries on their dealings with Pakistan. It is drying up investor confidence. Only companies with a deep presence are still looking at Pakistan. For the others, it has become a forbidden 'terror-ity'.

Indian companies, which were investing again in Pakistan, have shaken their hands off. The recent advisory by Indian government warning its citizens to Pakistan means that Indian citizens will hesitate to travel to Pakistan. A lot of these Indian citizens are working for multinational corporations and most companies have their SAARC headquarters in India.

Illegal drug trade, currency rackets, etc. are all being countered with a firm defence mechanism. Recently, an illegal tunnel was discovered and destroyed in Rajasthan. Nepal is also collaborating with Indian to prevent using its territory for illegal rackets.

India has been able to get all major Pakistani allies to its side. These include USA, China, Saudi Arabia and Iran. Only two countries are supporting Pakistan now, Bangladesh and Nepal.

It seems that India means serious business this time and Pakistan is expected to be severely affected over the next 3 months.
