22.12.18, Delhi – After the development of a Diplomatic Enclave in Chanakyapuri, there is a new development in the same category coming up in Dwarka and it is called Diplomatic Enclave 2. The order for this development has come from the cabinet and it shall be developed in the Sector 4 region of Dwarka. Since the approval of 34.87 hectares of land to be transferred by the Delhi Development Authority to the Land and Development Office under the Urban Development Ministry has come from the cabinet, there is news of Diplomatic Enclave to be soon developed on this transferred land. The land has been transferred for diplomatic missions and for the international organizations encouraging them to build their embassies and chanceries.
DDA Diplomatic Enclave is one of the most popular residential developments being offered by the Government of Delhi. Another vital step that has been taken by the Delhi Government is Delhi Awas Yojna 2019 which is all set to develop houses with all major facilities for the middle-class and lower-income group individuals in the national capital. The Delhi Awas Yojna and also the Diplomatic Enclave have 1 BHK, BHK, 3 BHK and 4 BHK flats on offer to individuals so that they can live their dreams of owning a home in the National capital.
The government of India under the leadership of Mr. Narendra Modi has taken this commendable step towards developing the Delhi Housing Scheme by way of which people who do not have the financial capability to buy homes in the national capital will now be able to have their own homes. This scheme is aimed at making it easier for the lower and middle income group individuals to have their homes with some of the best facilities and amenities. By way of this development, it is being envisaged by the government that it would be able to solve the residential requirements of the people of Delhi.
