India’s largest independent doorstep car services and repair provider, Pitstop has today announced the launch of the company’s road side assistance service in Bangalore. The company promises service guarantee of 30 minutes by a trained technician anywhere in the city.

Mihir Mohan, CEO & Founder, Pitstop, said, “Availing car service in India is a planned, thoughtful, and a tiring exercise. Having served more than 50,000 vehicles and building a strong network of 300+ mechanics across Bengaluru, we aim to connect customers with our network of trusted professionals who can reach at your location within 15-20 mins and fix your vehicle at doorstep. Pitstop wants to lead the change by disrupting the traditional behavior of how people avail service for their vehicles by reskilling the workforce that is more in tune with changing times.”

“We believe that on demand service is the future with right set of supply thereby creating mobility in the entire ecosystem. We are determined to support at least 60,000 auto mechanics pan-India within the next 5 years, and onboard them in new cities as we expand our presence in India. They will drive Pitstop’s growth in top gear.” Mihir added.

In the next phase, the service will be launched in NCR, and other Indian cities.

Recently, Pitstop gained the recognition of being the first Indian car services company to foray in Singapore.
