Monday to Sunday – 7 pm onwards

The lavishly designed 3 course set menu features a variety of chef’s special dishes to help you and your loved ones experience the true essence of Modern Cantonese cuisine at Hakkasan.
Begin your meal with the Mock Duck Salad followed by any 2 small eats which includes Har Gau, Prawn and chive dumpling, Chicken shui mai, Crispy duck roll, Grilled shanghai dumpling, Carrot cake, Pak choi dumpling, Crystal dumpling, Vegetable chive dumpling and Edamame truffle dumplings.
The main course can be chosen between Stir-fry chicken with black bean or Stir-fry chicken in hakka spicy sauce or Stir-fry Indian salmon or Stir-fry lamb tenderloin with ginger and spring onion or Stir-fry French beans or Stir-fry lotus root with asparagus in black pepper or Vegetarian chicken with sugar snaps or Mixed vegetable in asam sauce or Stir-fry broccoli with burnt garlic and it​ can be paired with Chicken and salted fish fried rice or Ginger fried rice with asparagus or Vegetarian Singapore rice noodles or Hakka hand pulled noodles.
End your meal with the Dessert of the day or Sorbet / Ice-cream of the day or Dark chocolate mousse with mandarin sorbet
An additional elegance martini will be paired along with the meal.
The set meal will take your taste buds on a tantalizing journey through China.
