Kirloskar Brothers Limited (KBL), a leading fluid management company, will showcase its range of pumps for the textile industry at the Dhaka International Textile & Garment Machinery Exhibition (DTG) to be held in Dhaka, Bangladesh. DTG is the largest-ever trade fair of its kind in Bangladesh. The event will be held from 23rd February to 26th February 2017 at Bangabandhu International Conference Centre.

The 14th edition of Dhaka International Textile & Garment Machinery exhibition is jointly organised by Bangladesh Textile Mills Association (BTMA) and Yorkers Trade & Marketing Service Co. Ltd. Textile and garment is a significant segment of Bangladesh’s manufacturing industry. It accounts for 80% of the total export earnings of the country, providing employment to 4.4 million people.

KBL comes with extensive expertise in fluid management solutions for various applications in textile processing and offers a wide range of high quality process & utility pumps for this industry. At the event, KBL will be showcasing its range of pumps, such as Hydro-Pneumatic (HYPN) system, DB pump, UP pumps, bore well submersible pump KS9C 3003 (CI Casing). Among these, HYPN is a pressure boosting conventional pumping system converted into an automated pumping system, which ensures energy and cost savings. DB and UP pumps are predominantly used for intake and utility applications in the textile industry. Bore well submersible pump KS9C 3003 (CI Casing) holds capacity of pumping up to 3000 litres per minute. KS9 submersible pumps are suitable for pumping high volumes of water.
