MetricStream Partners with Asia’s Leading ICT Service Provider, NCS

MetricStream, a market leader in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) apps and solutions announced the formalization of its ongoing strategic partnership with NCS, a leading Information, Communications, and Technology (ICT) service provider, to help customers build world-class GRC programs that drive exceptional business performance.

This announcement is the logical culmination of a successful association over the last two years, in providing solutions to customers that has demonstrated a synergy in the vision and values of both organizations. A case in point, the Great Eastern Life (GEL) project, reflects the robustness of the joint solution developed and executed by NCS and MetricStream, which addressed the organizations’ requirement of complying with the Balanced Scorecard Framework proposed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).

The formalization of this association firmly cements the commitments of both parties to provide complete market coverage for a range of GRC requirements in Singapore as well as joint expansion into new geographies such as Hong Kong and China, which have demonstrated an increased demand for GRC requirements. NCS’s market expertise in the innovative use of technology across government, financial services and commercial business and enterprises, combined with MetricStream’s industry-leading GRC apps and solutions, will enable customers to better understand and manage their risks, enhance compliance with a range of local and global regulations, and preserve their corporate integrity.

“Global market volatilities and geopolitical shocks, coupled with complex international regulations and emerging cyber threats, are driving organizations across the Asia-Pacific region to re-evaluate their risk and compliance processes,” said Mr Lai Weng Yew, Vice President, Business Application Services, NCS. “Through our partnership with MetricStream, the GRC software market leader, we aim to deliver the tools and services companies need to establish an integrated, pervasive, and forward-looking approach to GRC which, in turn, will help them strengthen business performance and resilience.”

“We are delighted to partner with NCS and are committed to a long-term relationship as we extend our partnership across China, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, and other Asia-Pacific countries, and expand into multiple industry verticals in these regions such as financial services, telecom and manufacturing.” said Rohit Bedi, Senior Vice President, Head of Global Partnerships at MetricStream. “Bringing two best in class market leaders to provide a seamless technology and service solution will greatly benefit our clients to build successful GRC programs”.

“NCS has a deep understanding of industry and client needs in this region and brings to the table a robust delivery team with a strong track record in ICT services, dealing with some of the biggest and most well-known organizations, including banks and financial service providers. Together, we are committed to delivering GRC software solutions and services that empower organizations to overcome

their unique GRC challenges” added Sudeep Chatterjee, Senior Director & Head of Partnerships for APAC & MEA regions at MetricStream.
