26th October 2016, Bengaluru: My Café, the 24-hour multi cuisine restaurant at My Fortune Bengaluru, presents the Dim Sums and Satay festival. Treat yourself to a fabulous culinary journey of traditional and modern variants of Dimsums and Satays.
The menu offers a wide variety of Dimsums and Satays that promise to leave both vegetarians and non-vegetarians replete and amazed. The vegetarian Dimsums play with flavours and textures by including ingredients such as Chinese cabbage, shitake mushroom and glass noodles, Pak choi, water chestnut sui mai and silken tofu kothe. The non-vegetarian range includes innovative chicken with roasted garlic dumplings, shrimp, bamboo shoot and water chestnut sui mai among other delicacies. The dim sums are served with chilli oil, spring onion dip, soya sauce and sweet chilli coriander dip.
The vegetarian satays include tofu and bell pepper, exotic vegetables and mushrooms alongside baby corn. The non-vegetarian satays will present offerings from prawns, fish and chicken.
*Please note that the timing for lunch is 12:00 pm to 3:30 pm and dinner timing is 7:00 pm to 11:30 pm.
